Terms of Service

CarBuyingHub (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Simply J Labs, a private company. The Platform is an online automotive marketplace that connects prospective vehicle buyers with franchised and independent dealerships. CarBuyingHub is not a dealer, broker, lender, or financial institution.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law to use the Service. By using CarBuyingHub, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

CarBuyingHub provides a platform through which buyers may browse vehicle listings, submit availability inquiries, and submit reservation requests directly to participating dealerships. The Platform serves as a communication conduit only.

We do not take title to any vehicle. We do not negotiate pricing on behalf of either party. We do not guarantee the availability, condition, or pricing of any vehicle listed on the Platform. All vehicle transactions occur exclusively between the buyer and the dealership.

Submitting a reservation request or availability inquiry through CarBuyingHub does not constitute a binding purchase agreement, a right to purchase, or a guarantee that the vehicle will be held for you. A submission is a communication of your interest and intent, which the participating dealership may accept, decline, or respond to at its sole discretion.

No payment is collected by CarBuyingHub on behalf of any dealership in connection with reservation requests. Any deposit, payment, or agreement entered into with a dealership is separate from and unrelated to the Platform.

Certain features of the Platform require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@carbuyinghub.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading inquiries or reservation requests.
• Impersonate any person, dealership, or entity.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Platform without our express written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, data, or account.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Vehicle listings are provided by participating dealerships. CarBuyingHub does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing content, including vehicle descriptions, photographs, pricing, or availability. We disclaim all responsibility for errors or inaccuracies in dealer-supplied content.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Simply J Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations regarding the suitability of any vehicle listed on the Platform for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Simply J Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any vehicle transaction facilitated through it — including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, loss of data, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simply J Labs and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
